He's not carrying any ioun stones, gauntlets of dexterity, nothing. Yes, he could have consumed manuals of bodily health, et al. but how many are you suggesting he consumed?
Also 52 hp? 9x4=36; 52-36=16. 12x2=24. So with con he missed out on 8hp for the entirety of his career? 8 rolls of 3 and a 4? Really?
